Eyco has been working on projects in the Lower Mainland and Sea-to-Sky Corridor since 1979. We were founded on craftsmanship and relationships, both of which remain key priorities in what we do.

Through the years we’ve been able to grow and develop into a team highly experienced in all facets of construction–ranging from renovations and tenant improvement projects to custom home builds.

The construction of any project is a very important experience for our clients and we pride ourselves on our process, not simply the end result. We are focused on quality pre-construction planning, the materials, sub-trades being used and exploring new ways of solving problems. We value our attention to detail, while maintaining a focus on the space as a whole.

Part of our process is detailed budgets, monthly budget tracking, transparent invoicing and providing project schedules in order to make sure the client is fully informed and comfortable during all stages of the project.
